  9. We peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  10. Rub the broken pieces of meat with salt, pepper and garlic.
  11. We cut each layer of meat approximately in half - we get 8 rolls.
  12. Lubricate the cooled omelet with mayonnaise.
  13. We cut it into 8 pieces (or according to the number of pieces of meat).
  14. Put a piece of omelet on each meat layer.
  15. We roll up tightly with a roll.
  16. Do this with all the remaining meat and egg omelet.
  17. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  18. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  19. A baking dish (for me - 20x22 cm in size and 5 cm in height) grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. Spoon).
  20. We spread the meat rolls, alternating with potato slices. We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  21. Pour salt and pepper into the cream. We mix.
  22. After the indicated time, pour cream on the potatoes and meat rolls and send them back to the oven. We bake for another 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees, until tender (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).

  24. Sprinkle the remaining dill on the dish before serving.
