Today I will prepare a festive dinner and it will be tender meat under mushrooms.

  1. I cut the meat, the thickness of the piece should be about 2 centimeters or put two fingers.
  2. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. Cover with cling film and beat well on both sides.
  3. Put the prepared pieces aside, let it marinate a bit. And now let's deal with vegetables. Cut the onion in half. Pour a little oil into the pan, spread the onion and fry over low heat.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into cubes. The onion is a little fried, now I add our mushrooms here. Add salt and fry everything together for a few minutes - until semi-finished. As soon as they begin to decrease in size, immediately turn off the fire. Put everything on a plate and leave to cool.
  5. Cut the pepper into slices. Fry for 1 minute on each side.
  6. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the mushrooms, put a few tablespoons of sour cream and mix.
  7. Heat the pan well, do not add oil. Fry the meat over high heat on 2 sides until golden brown.
  8. Everything was prepared. It remains to finish the dish. Spread the meat on a baking sheet, put slices of pepper on top of it. Spread the mushrooms on top, distribute on the surface.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Put the prepared dish in a preheated oven at 210-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  10. The meat is ready! We get and enjoy the extraordinary delicate taste.
