Meat with cherry sauce is an exquisite dish that can be served for any holiday or dinner party. Golden pieces of meat cooked in fragrant spices and red wine, combined with sweet and sour sauce, turn out very tasty and incredibly tasty. At the same time they are not difficult to prepare and in less than an hour.

  1. The first thing we will do is prepare the meat. The pork is washed under cold running water and laid out on a cutting board. With a sharp knife cut the fat layers and tendons.
  2. Then cut the pork tenderloin across the fibers into 6 - 8 pieces with a width of 3.5 to 5 centimeters.
  3. Arm yourself with a kitchen hammer and beat each piece until the thickness reaches about 1 centimeter.
  4. Then sprinkle them on both sides with salt and pepper mixture to taste. Prepared meat is set aside.
  5. Pour the cherries into a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water. Using a special kitchen appliance, remove the stones from the cherries. If there is no such device in the farm, then spread the berries on a cutting board and, carefully cutting each cherry, remove the stones by hand. Peeled berries are transferred to a deep plate.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and turn on the stove to medium. Put the pan on the stove and pour vegetable oil into it. In a large flat plate, pour a little wheat flour and roll it well pork chops. As soon as the fat is heated, put the meat in a pan.
  7. Fry the pork on both sides until golden brown. Then carefully pour the wine, bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and stew the meat for a couple of minutes. Then put the pork pieces in a baking dish, cover it with foil and send in a preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
  8. Prepared cherries put in a pan with wine and stirring with a kitchen spatula prepare the sauce to thicken. Taste and, if necessary, add salt and sugar. Then turn off the heat, spread the butter, stirring everything with a spatula, melt the fat. All the sauce is ready and you can serve the dish to the table.
  9. Take the pork out of the oven, remove the foil and spread the hot pieces on plates. We pour a tablespoon of meat and garnish with our cherry sauce and treat guests to this wonderful fragrant dish. As a side dish you can serve mashed potatoes, pasta or crumbly rice.
