Meatballs with rice and white sauce

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Then add minced meat mixed with boiled rice, a raw egg to the pan to the onion, salt and pepper everything, mix well. Sculpt small balls from the resulting mass, roll them in flour and quickly fry on hot vegetable lard on all sides.
  3. To prepare the sauce, mix vegetable oil with flour, salt and gradually dilute with milk. Bring the sauce to a boil. Put fried meatballs in it and heat well.
