Today I'm making an amazing walnut cracker meringue cake. Preparing the cake is very simple, and flies off the table instantly. A wonderful option for a family meal. The cake comes out with a rich caramel flavor that reminds me of Snickers bars.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Grind crackers in any way.
  4. Mix crushed crackers with crushed walnuts.
  5. Add salt to the chilled egg whites and beat with a mixer until stable white peaks. While beating, add sugar.
  6. Add crackers and nuts to whipped proteins with sugar. Vanillin can be added at this stage, if desired.
  7. We line the bottom of the detachable form with paper. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We spread the prepared mass in the form.
  8. We send it to the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  9. When the meringue cake has cooled, remove from the mold and decorate as you wish. I used melted milk chocolate and coconut flakes for decoration.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
