Microwave cake

Cupcakes in 5 minutes, with amazing chocolate flavor! Preparing a portioned chocolate muffin in a mug, in the microwave.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp. l. flour (no slide)
• 3 art. l. sugar (maybe a little less if chocolate is added)
• 2 tbsp. l. cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 art. l. milk
• 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
• vanilla to taste
• 3 art. l. grated chocolate (optional)
• nuts (optional)
• 1 st. l. Roma
• soda on the tip of a knife

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients with a fork.
2. Add egg, mix.
3. Pour in milk, add butter, vanilla, rum and mix well again. You can add chocolate chips and nuts if you like.
4. Divide the batter into portions (into microwave-safe cups).
5. Bake chocolate cake in the microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes. Then another 2 minutes at medium temperature (depending on the power of the microwave). If the cupcake rises above the cup, this is normal, then it may settle.
6. Ready chocolate cupcake in a mug can be poured with chocolate icing or nutella.
