Microwave Rice and Chicken Pie

  1. Boil the chicken and cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Boil rice in salted water. Stir in chicken, chopped boiled egg and chopped onion. Add salt, pepper, oil and stir again.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out. Put one in a greased form, distribute the filling and cover with the second flatbread. Pinch the edges. Grease the top of the pie with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake the cake on medium power for 15 minutes.
