Mix the egg well with a fork and add to the cooled syrup.
Add flour to liquid ingredients and knead the dough. No need to knead the dough! Just collect in a ball
Roll out the dough into a layer 8-10 mm thick.
Cut out round biscuits. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Lubricate the top with yolk mixed with milk. Apply diamond patterns with a fork.
We bake milk cakes in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
