  1. We wash the millet several times with cold water.
  2. Then we drain the water and put the millet in a pot.
  3. Next, fill the millet with milk. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, mix everything. Spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon can be added if desired.
  4. We send the pot of millet and milk to the oven, do not cover it with a lid. We set the cooking temperature - 180-190 degrees. Leave the porridge to simmer in the oven for about 50 minutes.
  5. Then we take out the pot from the oven and add butter to it. Put in the oven again and cook until a golden crust forms on the porridge. When the crust appears, cover the pot with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Ready milk porridge can be served at the table! To sweeten porridge, use honey rather than sugar. So it is tastier and, more importantly, healthier! Bon Appetit!
