Millet porridge with potatoes and mushrooms

Hearty millet porridge with potatoes and mushrooms is a very tasty and original dish!

Ingredients

  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small slices. Place the potatoes in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Rinse the millet groats thoroughly, pour over with boiling water and add to the potatoes.
  3. Wash the champignons (or wipe with a damp cloth), cut into small slices and put in a saucepan.
  4. Boil water.
  5. Pour boiling water into a saucepan, add salt, bay leaf and peppercorns. Bring to a boil and cook millet porridge with potatoes and mushrooms over the lowest heat for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Chop the dill and add to the saucepan.
  7. Stir.
  8. Millet porridge with potatoes and mushrooms is ready. Serve the porridge hot.
