Brizol is a French cuisine dish. This is a delicious versatile egg dish that can be prepared with any filling - meat or fish. The perfect hearty breakfast as well as a festive snack. I recommend everyone to try the minced chicken brizol!

  1. Break 4 eggs into a bowl and combine with milk. Beat with a whisk, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the pan over low heat, pour in vegetable oil and add butter there. In a mixture of oils, fry three omelets on both sides, for 1 minute.
  3. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. Drive an egg into the minced meat, add chicken seasoning, a little salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Put the minced meat on each omelet with a thin layer.
  6. We wrap it in a roll.
  7. We send brizoli with minced meat to a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Tender and juicy minced chicken brizols are ready.
