Brizol is a cooking method that involves the process of wrapping the filling in an omelet and then baking in the oven or frying in a pan. Use this recipe for this delicate second course - omelet, minced chicken and fried mushrooms. Its ruddy cheese crust will attract you to the table with an appetizing "magnet".

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Wipe the champignons with a clean, damp cloth, cut off heavily soiled areas.
  3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and pour in the milk.
  4. Add salt, pepper and stir with a fork until smooth. Do not whisk under any circumstances.
  5. Preheat a skillet and brush with vegetable oil. Pour in some of the egg mixture and fry the egg pancake until golden brown on both sides. This will take approximately 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Prepare pancakes like this with the whole egg mixture. I got 4 pancakes.
  7. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  8. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and add mushrooms.
  9. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Add it to the mushroom pan, season with salt and pepper.
  10. Fry the mushrooms and onions over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and divide into quarters (for the number of egg pancakes)
  11. Put the minced chicken in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and stir. If the minced meat is very dense, add 1-2 tbsp to it for juiciness. tablespoons of water, stir until smooth.
  12. Divide the minced meat into four parts equal to the cooked pancakes.
  13. Rinse the dill, dry and chop finely.
  14. Put the sour cream in a clean bowl, add the chopped dill and stir.
  15. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  16. Take one egg pancake and evenly spread the minced chicken on top of it.
  17. Lubricate the surface of the minced meat with a sour cream mixture.
  18. Place one part of the fried mushrooms on top of the sour cream.
  19. Roll everything into a roll, folding the side edges.
  20. Grease a baking dish of a suitable size with vegetable oil and add all the brizols.
  21. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it over the top of the brizole.
  22. Pour 2 tbsp into a brizol mold. tablespoons of water, place in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  23. Serve the brizoli immediately, with any side dish.
