There is an excellent recipe for an original and hearty dish that can be served at the festive table. Minced chicken nests baked with potato slices turn out to be very appetizing in appearance, and the taste is simply amazing! Soft potatoes and juicy chicken cutlet stuffed with carrots and tomatoes with sour cream, under a brown cheese crust - this is a must-try!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. I have minced chicken, but any meat will do.
  3. During the cooking process, you will need foil.
  4. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  5. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
  6. We spread the minced meat in a container convenient for kneading.
  7. Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat.
  8. Drive in an egg and add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  9. We form 9 balls of the same size from minced meat
  10. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices (slices) using a special grater or a regular knife.
  11. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  12. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in it in the form of a basket, closing the bottom and sides of the form. (Some potatoes may remain, we will need them later.) Salt the potatoes to taste.
  13. Put the balls of minced chicken on the potatoes.
  14. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
  15. Add sour cream to the tomato slices and mix.
  16. In balls of minced chicken, we make indentations with a spoon, for example.
  17. We spread sour cream with tomatoes in the grooves.
  18. Peel the carrots, rinse and rub on a medium grater.
  19. Put the carrots on top of the minced chicken nests with tomatoes and sour cream.
  20. Put the remaining potato slices around the "nests" of minced chicken, forming "flowers".
  21. Cover the form with foil, put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  22. Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  23. After the time has elapsed, take the mold out of the oven and remove the foil.
  24. Sprinkle the chicken cutlets with cheese and put them back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  25. Baked potatoes with chicken cutlets, in the form of a bouquet of flowers, ready
  26. Serve hot chicken nests with potatoes. When serving, decorate the "nests" with greens.
