The meatballs will be juicy and flavorful if you use mixed minced meat, half pork and half beef. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Separate the boiled egg whites from the yolks and chop. Prepare herbs and chop finely. Combine minced meat with proteins, onions and herbs. Stir in the raw egg. Salt and pepper the minced meat. Add boiled rice and mix well.
  2. Form 8 cakes from minced meat. Put the yolks on 4 cakes, cover with the remaining cakes and roll into balls. Mix tomato paste (or tomato ketchup) with sour cream and 100 ml of hot water.
  3. Season. Put the hedgehogs in a mold, pour over the tomato sauce and put in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 210 degrees. Serve hot.
  4. For the sauce, mix ketchup with mayonnaise or choose a ready-made sauce to taste.
