If you like cutlets, but want to diversify the menu, then prepare original "stacks". It turns out very tasty. The toasty base of the minced meat "stacks" is in perfect harmony with the juicy "cap". Tomatoes, boiled eggs and processed cheese add new flavors to the minced meat. Take note of the recipe - this bright dish will not only decorate a family lunch or dinner, but also a festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare everything according to the list.
  2. Minced meat can be used ready-made, I made it from pork and beef. I use processed cheese without additives.
  3. Pour the eggs in a saucepan with cold water, bring to a boil and cook from the moment of boiling for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, cool the eggs in cold water.
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  5. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater. Transfer the cheese to a bowl.
  6. Peel cooled eggs, grate on a fine grater and place with melted cheese.
  7. Rinse the tomatoes and remove the place of growth of the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. If the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the juice (you can put the tomatoes in a sieve for 5-10 minutes). Add tomatoes to cheese and eggs.
  8. Add mayonnaise, salt (0.25 tsp) and a pinch of ground pepper there.
  9. Mix everything well - the "hat" for the "stacks" is ready.
  10. Add paprika, Italian herbs, remaining salt and pepper to the minced meat. Stir well.
  11. Cover the baking sheet with foil and grease it with oil.
  12. Form cakes from minced meat (I got 6 pieces) and put them on a baking sheet.
  13. Spread the mixture of cheese, eggs and tomatoes evenly on top of the tortillas.
  14. Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
  15. Minced meat "stacks" with tomatoes, eggs and cream cheese are ready.
  16. Serve "stacks" directly to the table. Can be served with any side dishes and sauces.
  17. Enjoy your meal!
