Mini pizza or shell with sausage and cheese

Mini pizza is quick and easy to prepare. We need ready-made yeast dough, any sausage and cheese. And tomato paste and mayonnaise are always in the fridge.

  1. Chop the onion. Three sausages on a coarse grater, cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer. Lubricate it with tomato paste, stepping back 2 cm from one edge.
  3. We spread the onion, then the sausage and cheese.
  4. Put some mayonnaise on top.
  5. We roll the dough into a roll. Cut into strips, 2-2.5 cm wide.
  6. We put our mini pizzas on a baking sheet.
  7. We bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until they are lightly browned.
