  8. During the preparation of the cake, prepare a creamy mousse with condensed milk. To do this, dissolve the gelatin over low heat (do not forget to stir constantly), gradually add condensed milk and a little cream. Leave for 5 minutes to cool naturally. After that, whip the remaining cream (with or without sugar - to your taste), and mix it into the gelatinous mass with condensed milk.
  9. Divide the baked warm cake into two. Cool down.
  10. Lubricate one of the mint cakes with creamy mousse. Put the strawberries on the mousse.
  11. Cover the halves of the berries with mousse.
  12. Cover everything with the second cake, evenly (use the blade of a long knife) distribute the remaining mousse. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  13. In the corners of the mint cake, on the frozen white mousse, place the sliced ​​\u200b\u200bstrawberries. Sprinkle the berries with lemon peel shavings, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy a delicate and delicious strawberry dessert.
