I love omelet for breakfast. You probably cook it too, and I will suggest a recipe for an omelet with sausage, cheese and bell peppers. And in order for the omelette to be delicious, it must be cooked deliciously :)

  1. Peel, wash and finely dice the onions.
  2. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds, cut into small cubes.
  3. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Break the eggs into a plate. Season with salt and pepper. Add Mayo.
  6. Beat eggs well.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, melt the butter.
  8. Put onions, fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Lay out the pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Lay out the sausage. Fry all for 1 - 2 minutes.
  11. Pour eggs over the fry.
  12. Cover, cook the omelet on low heat for 3-4 minutes. From time to time, pierce the omelet with a spatula, allowing the upper liquid layer to flow down.
  13. Cover the omelet with grated cheese. Bake the sausage and cheese omelet for about 1 minute under the lid (until the cheese melts).
  14. The omelet with sausage and cheese is ready.
