Cottage cheese cream cake with cookies, strawberries and jelly is prepared without baking, which is very important if there is no stove or you don’t want to stand by the oven. The cake is bright, elegant and very delicate in taste.

  1. Grind oatmeal cookies into crumbs and place in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter and add to cookie crumbs. Stir.
  3. Cover the bottom and sides of the form (mine - with a diameter of 22 cm) with a film.
  4. Pour the mixture of cookies and butter into the mold and tamp it down in an even layer.
  5. Prepare all the ingredients for the curd layer.
  6. If you like sweet cakes, increase the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  7. Wash the strawberries and dry well.
  8. Pour gelatin with boiled hot water (about 50 degrees) and mix until it dissolves. Leave the gelatin to cool.
  9. Pour cream into a deep bowl and add powdered sugar. Beat on medium speed until fluffy.
  10. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and add to the whipped cream.
  11. Beat everything until smooth.
  12. Add a tablespoon of curd cream to the cooled gelatin and mix.
  13. While beating the curd mass, slowly pour in the gelatin.
  14. Whisk until fluffy.
  15. Cut each strawberry in half and arrange on a layer of cookies along the rim with the cut side facing out.
  16. Pour the curd-creamy mass into the form and smooth the top.
  17. Prepare all products for the jelly layer.
  18. Remove stems from strawberries. Cut the berries into two halves, put on the curd layer and press a little. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  19. Heat the juice to a temperature of 50 degrees, pour in the jelly and stir until dissolved. Leave until completely cool.
  20. Pour the cooled jelly over the top of the cake with berries and refrigerate for 5-6 hours to stabilize.
  21. Mousse cottage cheese and cream cake with cookies, strawberries and jelly is ready.
  22. Cut the cake and serve.
  23. Enjoy your meal!
