Muffins are decorated with red cream and decor in the form of women's handbags.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baskets.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each.
  3. Whisking on low speed, add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
  4. Pour batter into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full. Place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool at room temperature.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat butter with vanilla extract until creamy. Add powdered sugar, mix well. Gradually add the dye, mixing well after each drop.
  6. Apply cream on muffins, decorate with decor as in the picture.
