Muffins on sour cream, with strawberries

  1. We wash the strawberries, remove the sepals. Cut the berries coarsely.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs. Stir (no need to beat).
  4. Add sugar. We mix.
  5. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a sweet sour cream-egg mass. Without worrying about lumps, knead the dough until all the flour is moistened - no longer.
  6. Silicone molds do not need to be lined or lubricated. If you have molds made of a different material, line them with muffin capsules or grease them with oil.
  7. We immediately lay out the prepared dough in cupcake molds, filling them almost to the top (if you like muffins with a high slide, fill the molds with the top).
  8. We spread the strawberries in the molds, pressing a little into the dough.
  9. We send it to a preheated oven and bake the muffins at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Muffins on sour cream, with strawberries are ready. Let's cool down a bit.
  11. Then remove the muffins from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. We invite everyone to tea.
