The dough according to this recipe is kneaded in just 5 minutes. Cheese muffins are tender, fluffy, airy, and surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients

• 160 g of flour;
• 50 g of heavy sour cream;
• 2 chicken eggs;
• 200 g of cheese with a fat content of 5%;
• 200 g of sugar;
• 70 g of oil;
• 5 g of baking powder;
• 3 g of soda and salt;
• 10 g of vanilla sugar.

Directions

1. Whisk the eggs with a whisk, add sugar and continue beating until all the crystals have dispersed.
2. Add grated cheese and vanilla sugar.
3. Melt the butter in a water bath, combine with the sour cream and add to the dough.
4. Add the remaining dry ingredients in portions.
5. Knead a homogeneous dough.
