Muffins with cheese and thyme

These savory muffin buns are made with Parmesan and fresh thyme.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Butter 12 muffin tins.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Enter parmesan.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, olive oil, yogurt and thyme, beat with a whisk or a mixer. Continuing to beat at low speed, gradually add flour, mix well, but do not overdo it, otherwise the muffins will turn out clogged.
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared molds and place in the preheated oven. Bake cheese muffins for 20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool on a wire rack at room temperature.
