From the ready mix for cupcakes, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious muffin cupcakes, and add toppings and decorations to your taste. I bake muffins with chocolate, nuts and caramel.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Knead the dough from the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour batter into muffin cups (lined with paper baskets), filling them 1/3 full. Place in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Remove the muffins from the oven, put 1 caramel into each muffin, pressing it lightly into the dough, sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate drops (or chopped chocolate). Fill the molds with the remaining dough
  5. Bake muffins with chocolate, nuts and caramel in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until a clean wooden stick when pierced. Then remove the chocolate muffins from the oven, let them cool completely and remove from the molds.
  6. In the meantime, chop the icing chocolate and melt in a water bath, mix until a homogeneous, shiny icing is formed.
  7. Brush cooled muffins with chocolate icing. If desired, garnish the chocolate muffins with chopped nuts.
