Muffins are prepared with peanuts, with the addition of white chocolate.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper rosettes.
Melt white chocolate with cream in a water bath. Remove from the bath, let cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, peanuts and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat butter with sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each.
Continuing to beat the butter mixture at minimum speed, gradually add flour and melted white chocolate.
Pour batter into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full. Place in preheated oven, bake peanut muffins 25-30 minutes, until clean wooden stick when pierced. Remove the peanut muffins from the oven and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Add powdered sugar, mix well. Brush the muffins with this cream.
