Muffins with pear and nuts

Muffins are prepared with the addition of nuts and pear pieces. Decorate muffins with buttercream.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Line 24 muffin cups with paper rosettes.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, almonds, cinnamon and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter with sugar, add milk, mix well.
  5. Mix milk mixture with flour mixture. Add pears and chopped nuts, mix well.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared molds, filling them 3/4 of the total volume.
  7. Place the molds with the dough in the preheated oven. Bake pear and walnut muffins for 25-30 minutes (until a clean wooden stick when pierced).
  8. Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool slightly in the molds.
  9. Prepare cream. Beat butter with maple syrup until creamy. Add powdered sugar, mix well.
  10. Decorate pear and nut muffins with cream using a pastry syringe. Put one half of the walnut on top.
