Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baskets.
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk milk, yogurt, melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix this mixture with the flour mixture. Add chopped plums, stir. Pour batter into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full.
Prepare the top layer. In a bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, coconut flakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and honey. Add butter to this mass, mix well with dry ingredients, until crumbly. Sprinkle this mass on the dough in molds. Place in preheated oven, bake plum muffins for 25-30 minutes.
