Muffins with strawberries

Delicious creamy strawberry muffins.

Ingredients

• Strawberries - 200 g
• Butter (melted) - 100 g
• Milk - 125 ml
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Flour - 220 g
• Baking powder - 1 tsp
• Sugar - 160 g
• Salt - a pinch
• Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
• Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Directions

1. Preheat the oven immediately as dough is done in 2 minutes. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Mix all liquid ingredients.
3. Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Do not mix too much, let there be lumps, these are muffins.
4. Fill silicone molds to the brim. Garnish with strawberries cut into 4 pieces.
5. Send the strawberry muffins to the oven, preheated to 210 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, bake the muffins for another 20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
6. Strawberry muffins are ready.
