  2. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add soft butter, beat until smooth. Then add kefir, mix everything.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the resulting mixture, stir until smooth.
  6. Wash the strawberries, cut into small pieces, add to the dough, mix again.
  7. Put paper baskets into molds and fill them with dough 2/3.
  8. Bake strawberry muffins in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes, until fully cooked.
  9. Readiness of muffins can be checked with a toothpick. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Prepare cream. Beat cream cheese and cold heavy cream with icing sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until strong peaks.
  11. Place the finished cream in a pastry bag. Decorate cupcakes with buttercream.
  12. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise and decorate the muffins. Store ready-made strawberry muffins with buttercream in the refrigerator.
