Muffins with sugar cubes

The simplest lump sugar can decorate muffins, which will give them an unusual look.

Ingredients

• Flour - 140 g
• Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• Refined sugar - 50 g
• Butter - 50 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Refined sugar in cubes (broken into pieces) - 4 cubes

Directions

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Line muffin cups (about 6 pieces) with paper rosettes or homemade parchment baskets.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, refined sugar and baking powder. Beat eggs with softened butter, add flour to this mixture, mix well. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins.
3. Lay broken pieces of sugar on the surface of the dough.
4. Transfer the muffins to a baking sheet, place in the preheated oven and bake the muffins for about 15 minutes. Leave the finished muffins to cool on a wire rack.
