Muksun cutlets

Flour cutlets are prepared quickly and easily; you don't need to have any special skills to make them. Only muksun, only a meat grinder and only a frying pan!

  1. Soak the bread in milk for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze lightly, mince together with fish fillets, onions and garlic.
  2. Pepper the minced meat, salt, add the egg, beaten until smooth. To stir thoroughly. Form large cutlets (2/3 of the palm and 3-4 cm high), lightly roll in flour.
  3. Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until crusty on both sides, 2 minutes each. from each side. Reduce heat, cover skillet with lid and cook until cooked through. Serve warm.
