Mulled wine Hot Loco

Ingredients

• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 50 ml Triple Sec liqueur
• 4 tsp honey
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 4 yolks
• 1 bottle of red Burgundy wine

Directions

1. Grind the yolks, sugar, cinnamon and honey to white, and evenly divide in circles. Mix wine with liqueur and bring to a boil. As soon as the liquid starts to bubble around the edges, pour it into the yolk mugs. Garnish with lemon or orange zest.
