  1. Cut bacon into thin strips, fry in a pan on both sides. Transfer to another dish and set aside.
  2. Peel and chop onions, garlic, mushrooms. Grate cheese.
  3. Put the mushrooms in a preheated deep frying pan. When the moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated, add the ghee, onion and garlic. Fry the mixture over medium heat. When the onion is golden, reduce heat, add cream and half of the cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes, covered over low heat.
  4. Heat the broth in a separate saucepan. Add the creamy mushroom seven, bacon, salt and pepper to taste into the boiling broth.
  5. When the soup boils again, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the prepared soup into bowls and garnish with the remaining Parmesan.
