Mushroom salad with tomatoes and nuts

Bright, elegant salad with champignons and tomatoes

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. If using regular tomatoes, cut them into wedges.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the legs. Remove the top layer from the caps.
  3. Cut the caps into slices 4-5 mm thick.
  4. Wash and cut the onion.
  5. Chop the nuts (not too finely). Set aside a quarter of the chopped nuts for garnish.
  6. For marinade sauce, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper.
  7. Mix all ingredients. Add a dressing. Put the salad with champignons and tomatoes in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours, let it marinate.
  8. When serving, sprinkle the salad with champignons and tomatoes with the remaining walnuts.
