  1. Boil rice in salted water for 30 minutes. Then, rinse in cold water.
  2. Using a knife, cut out the legs and place the hats on a greased baking tray
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Mushroom legs are cut and sent to the onion. Fry until golden.
  4. In the same place, add boiled rice, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Ready roast, tightly fill the caps of mushrooms, and send in the oven for 20 minutes at 190ºC.
