Nicoise salad is a dish of traditional French cuisine, today it can be found on the menu of any restaurant. There are so many salad options in many restaurants.   1. Peel a small salad onion, cut into the thinnest half rings, add one tablespoon of wine vinegar, leave to marinate. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.
  2. Boil the green beans in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes. Then fold into a sieve and immediately rinse with cold water to maintain color and firmness.
  3. Cook the quail eggs for 4 minutes, chill, peel and cut into quarters.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
