Delicious oatmeal-apple muffins are a great addition to your morning cup of tea or coffee. The dough for these muffins is prepared on kefir, without the addition of sugar (instead of it - honey). Such muffins without sugar, with apples and oatmeal, are incredibly tender, with a juicy and loose center, and are extremely easy to prepare.

  13. Bake the oatmeal muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cupcakes with a match. Pierce one of the cupcakes to her and if the list comes out without sticky bits of dough, the muffins are ready.
