Healthy baked goods can be delicious! An example of this is a cake made from banana puree, milk and vegetable oil, with the addition of oatmeal, nuts and chocolate to the dough. Nuts and chocolate ennoble the cake and make it taste richer, while cinnamon gives baked goods a characteristic spicy aroma.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the banana, break into pieces and transfer to a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Pour milk into the banana puree, add regular and vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir.
  3. Then add oatmeal and ground cinnamon.
  4. Stir. Pour in sunflower oil. Stir again.
  5. Chop the walnut kernels and milk chocolate with a knife to a crumb state.
  6. Pour the nuts and chocolate into the bowl with the dough base.
  7. Pour the sifted flour with baking powder into it.
  8. Mix the dough with a spatula and leave it to stand for 15 minutes so that the oatmeal softens slightly.
  9. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Line a 10x20 cm rectangular tin with baking parchment so that both the bottom and sides of the tin are covered.
  10. Put the dough into the prepared form.
  11. Bake banana cake with oatmeal, nuts, chocolate and cinnamon in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, on a medium level.
  12. Transfer the finished banana cake to a wire rack and cool completely.
  13. As you can see, the oatmeal-banana muffin with nuts and chocolate is very easy to prepare. The cake is quite dense, but at the same time it is well baked, elastic, fragrant and finely-finely porous. Be sure to make this cake.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
