Oatmeal Cookie Cake with Bananas and Sour Cream is an easy treat that doesn't require an oven to make! Oatmeal cookies are soaked in sour cream and become very soft, while banana provides a pleasant sweetness and delicate taste. And all this with a minimum of effort!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients. If desired, the amount of sugar can be slightly reduced, since the cookies themselves are quite sweet.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to sour cream.
  3. Beat sour cream with a blender with a whisk attachment.
  4. Sugar should be completely dissolved.
  5. Bananas are peeled and cut into slices.

  7. We spread in the form of about 5-6 cookies.
  8. Break 1-2 cookies into small pieces and fill in the voids.
  9. Lubricate the biscuit layer with sour cream.
  10. Lay out a layer of bananas.
  11. Lubricate a layer of bananas with sour cream.
  12. Lay out the cookies again with the next layer and fill in the voids.
  13. We cover the layer of cookies with the remaining sour cream and send the cake to the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  14. Carefully release the cake from the mold and remove the parchment. Transfer the cake to a serving dish and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
