Oatmeal muffins with nuts and cinnamon

Oatmeal muffins with nuts and cinnamon will surely conquer you from the first bite. Crispy crust of oatmeal and chopped nuts, incredible aroma and tender dough - it's very tasty. Be sure to cook and try!

  1. Cooking little.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Coarsely chop the nuts.
  4. Combine nuts, oatmeal, flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
  5. We mix.
  6. Pour in the butter and mix thoroughly again. The crumb is ready.
  7. Cooking dough.
  8. Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan.
  9. Pour in the oatmeal and, stirring constantly, fry for 6-8 minutes. Flakes will acquire a golden color and a characteristic aroma.
  10. Using a blender, grind the fried flakes into flour.
  11. Place flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a blender.
  12. Using a blender, mix everything again.
  13. Melt the remaining butter.
  14. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
  15. Add milk and butter. We beat with a whisk.
  16. Pour the dry mixture into the milk mass in parts, kneading the dough with a spatula, and then with a whisk.
  17. We leave the finished dough for 20 minutes.
  18. Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.
  19. Grease muffin molds with vegetable oil.
  20. This amount of dough makes 12 muffins.
  21. We fill the forms with dough to 3/4 of the depth.
  22. Sprinkle muffins with crumbs and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  23. We take out the finished muffins from the oven and leave in the mold for 10 minutes.
  24. We take out the muffins from the mold, put them on the wire rack and wait for them to cool completely.
