  2. Mix all dry ingredients - oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, soda, sugar.
  3. Beat the cottage cheese with the egg, the mass will turn out almost liquid. But if your cottage cheese is very dry, then you can add a little kefir to it, about 30 ml, to make the mass softer, then the dough will be better kneaded.
  4. We rub the quince on a grater and add to the curd mass, mix.
  5. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix. We leave the resulting dough for 15-20 minutes alone so that the oatmeal swells, and during this time we heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. We lay out the dough in molds, pre-lubricate them with vegetable oil. We put the molds in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown for about 25-30 minutes. Focus on your oven.
  7. We take out the finished oatmeal muffins from the oven and take them out of the molds. Let's cool down.
