Delicious and healthy oatmeal muffins with whole wheat flour, seeds and dried cranberries. There are no animal products in the dough, so I safely recommend this recipe to vegetarians and fasting people.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Wash dried cranberries and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
  4. Add milk and butter to dry ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes so that the oatmeal swells.

  8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Grease cupcake molds with vegetable oil.
  10. Divide the dough into moulds.
