A healthy dietary omelet, cooked in a bag, tastes in no way inferior to a regular fried one. Such an omelet is ideal for those who are looking after their figure and health, as well as those who, for some reason, cannot eat fried foods. The filling of the omelet can vary depending on mood or preference, we are just giving an example.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break 3 eggs into a bowl.
  2. We cut some sausage to the eggs (we have a carbonade). Choose the amount of sausage to your taste.
  3. Chop the red onion - I have half a medium onion.
  4. Add the bell pepper - I have half a medium-sized pepper.
  5. Add 100 grams of any cheese grated on a coarse or fine grater. We mix. There is no need to salt: the salinity of the cheese and sausage is enough.
  6. We need a clean, transparent food-grade bag without holes, into which we pour the prepared mixture. We tie the bag, leaving the air inside, and put it in a saucepan with boiling water. Cover the pan with a lid (required) and cook the omelette in a bag for about 20 minutes.
  7. While the omelet is boiling in the bag, cut half an avocado into small cubes.
  8. After 20 minutes, the omelet in the bag should be ready, that is, it should not be liquid. Whether this is true or not, you will see through the packet (if the condition that the packet must be transparent is met). Put the omelet on a plate.
  9. Sprinkle the sliced avocado on the omelet.
  10. Bon appetit and don't be afraid to experiment!
