  1. Break chicken eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat with a whisk or mixer.
  3. Wash greens, chop finely.
  4. Add milk, water, salt, pepper and herbs to a bowl with beaten eggs.
  5. Beat everything well.
  6. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil, add a piece of butter.
  7. Pour prepared eggs into boiling oil, cover and leave to bake for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
  8. Roll the finished omelet into a tube, serve hot with fresh vegetables and croutons.
  9. Bon Appetit!
