Such a marching version of an omelet with minced chicken fillet. Delicious and elegant!
Ingredients
Directions
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Combine cheese, eggs, mayonnaise. Mix.
Add semolina. Stir again thoroughly. Leave on for 10 minutes.
Prepare minced meat. To do this, first peel and grate the onion.
Mix onion with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Turn on the oven to preheat.
Line a baking sheet with waxed baking paper. I draw your attention to the fact that the paper must be of high quality, otherwise the cake may stick. If in doubt about the paper, rub it with vegetable oil.
Pour the omelette mass, distribute it thoroughly (the layer should be about 0.7 cm). Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
The omelette should be dry. But by no means overdried!
Remove the crust from the oven, leave for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Check if the cake comes off easily from the paper.
Reduce the heat in the oven to 180 degrees.
Distribute the minced meat over the cake.
Roll up the cake.
Wrap the roll in foil. Bake an omelet roll with minced meat for 10 minutes.
Then unfold and bake an omelet roll with minced meat for another 5-10 minutes.
Cut the finished omelet roll with minced meat into slices. Bon Appetit!
