Omelet rolls with carrot and cheese filling are a very cute and easy-to-prepare dish that will surprise you with its bright and spicy taste. Delicate omelet with milk is perfectly complemented with aromatic filling of carrots, cheese and herbs. Great breakfast for the whole family or a festive snack.

Ingredients

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat lightly with a whisk.
  2. Pour in milk and beat again.
  3. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat it up.
  4. Pour a third of the omelet mixture into the pan and fry the pancake on both sides. We do this with the rest of the test.
  5. I made three omelette pancakes. Let them cool down.
  6. Cooking the filling.
  7. Peel the carrots and three on a fine grater.
  8. We also rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Chop the dill.
  10. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  11. Combine carrots, cheese, garlic and dill in a bowl.
  12. Add sour cream and a little black pepper. We mix.
  13. Spread the omelette pancake evenly with the filling.
  14. Roll the stuffed pancake into a roll.
  15. We do this with each pancake.
  16. Cut each omelet roll stuffed with carrots and cheese into portions.
