A festive snack or an unusual breakfast - fry pancakes from an omelet mixture with the addition of mayonnaise and wrap a spicy cheese filling with garlic and herbs in them. Such omelette rolls filled with processed cheese, garlic and herbs are prepared in no time. And the products are very affordable. So everyone can prepare this dish in a minimum amount of time!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Any processed cheese can be taken, but it is desirable that it be of the highest quality.
  3. Drive two eggs into a deep bowl, add flour, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
  5. Grease a frying pan with vegetable (or butter) oil and heat over high heat. Pour half of the omelet mixture into it. Fry over medium heat for 1 minute. The surface of the pancake should be matte.
  6. Turn over and fry for another 10 seconds.
  7. Thus, fry another pancake.
  8. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Rinse greens (dill and onions), dry, chop finely and add to a container with grated cheese.
  10. Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press and add to the cheese with herbs.
  11. Stir and, focusing on the consistency, add mayonnaise to make a plastic mass. I added 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, since I have quality cheese with a high percentage of fat.
  12. Stir until smooth.
  13. Spread an omelette pancake on the board, spread half of the cheese filling over the entire surface and distribute with the back of a spoon.
  14. Roll up the stuffed omelette pancake into a tight roll.
  15. Do the same with the second pancake and the remaining filling.
  16. Or, alternatively, you can stack omelette pancakes, greased with filling, on top of each other and then roll up. You can also make more omelette pancakes and toppings for a thicker roll.
  17. Using a sharp knife, periodically moistening it with water, cut the omelette rolls with cheese, garlic and herbs into portioned pieces of about 1-1.5 cm.
  18. Place the cheese-filled omelette rolls on a plate and can be served as a snack or for breakfast with bread and fresh vegetables.
  19. Bon Appetit!
