To make your morning not only tasty, but also interesting, I suggest making omelet rolls with nori. These omelette rolls turn out to be very tender, and thanks to nori sheets, they acquire an original taste!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Cream can be used in any fat content or it can be replaced with milk. Soy sauce can be used instead of salt.
  3. Cut the nori sheets with scissors to match the diameter of the pan.
  4. If desired, you can put the cuttings between the sheets or use them in another recipe (for example, in a soup).
  5. Heat a dry skillet without oil over medium heat. Stirring constantly, fry the sesame seeds on it for about 2-3 minutes, until light golden brown. Then transfer the toasted sesame seeds to a plate and cool.
  6. Combine eggs, cream, toasted sesame seeds and salt in a deep bowl.
  7. Shake with a fork.
  8. Heat the pan over a slightly below medium heat and melt the butter on it (it is important not to overheat the pan, otherwise the oil will start to burn!). Pour about half of the egg mass into the skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, until the egg mixture sets slightly.
  9. Place prepared nori sheets on top.
  10. And pour the remaining omelet mixture on top of them.
  11. Cover again and cook the omelet for about 4-5 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  12. Then carefully transfer the finished omelet to a plate and, while it is still hot, immediately roll it into a roll.
  13. Cut the omelette roll into smaller rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve, adding your favorite sauce if desired (I have a sweet chili sauce).
  14. Bon Appetit!
