Omelet turns out to be especially tender and tasty in the oven. Omelet soufflé is a great breakfast dish.

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Beat the yolks.
  3. Add sour cream to the whipped yolks. We mix.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat them until fluffy, stable foam.
  6. Add the whipped egg whites to the yolk mixture.
  7. Mix gently.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Lubricate a heat-resistant pan (or mold) with oil.
  10. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  11. Place in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  12. The omelet soufflé is ready. Bon Appetit!
