Omelet with bacon and cheese

A classic omelet that can be easily and quickly prepared for breakfast.

  1. Beat eggs, salt.
  2. Cut bacon or smoked meat into cubes with a rib a little less than 1 cm.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon pieces.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into a frying pan with bacon. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to low. Cook the bacon omelet for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the omelet with cheese, cook, covered for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Leave the bacon and cheese scrambled eggs for another 1-2 minutes under the lid.
  6. Chop the greens. Sprinkle the omelet with herbs and serve.
